When you read "Dr. Feelgood", it is so in left field that you think it is irony. But upon further inspection you find a book that can be frightening. How could so many prominent people be duped by one doctor? Dr. Jacobson has a patient roster that is the Who's Who of the Arts, Politics, and Government during the 1950's and 1960's.There are many theories on the assassination of President Kennedy and the perpetrators of this crime. This is the first account that ties all the conspiracy theories together into a plausible explanation. The one shooter from the Texas Depository Building just doesn't make sense.I am not a believer in conspiracy theories. I do believe that to kill a sitting president in the late 20th century is a collaborative effort. Unfortunately the press holds some accountability in the deception of what really happened. When is the holding of a pertinent news story for the good of the people? Is a lie of omission justified when viewed as a matter of national security?Living through the pandemic of COVID -19, an interesting question arises:Can history repeat itself? Can the promise of an antidote/vaccine influence the government and President without proven scientific research and testing? Are we so fixated on feeling good that we overlook things in search of back to normal?Where there is smoke, there is fire. After you read the story, look at the list of patients and the sources used to validate this story. The volume of people interviewed is impressive and give validity to this book. The doctor was real, and I have no doubt that he ruined many people's lives, but there's also a lot of speculation here.
